The Open Self Practice will run on the last Saturday of every month from 9:30-10:45am. Just come along any time you like during that time and commence with your own Yoga Practice under Nathan's expert guidance. As Nathan will not be teaching the group a set class, this gives the opportunity for you to get some individual attention and help with areas you feel are beneficial to you. If arriving to the class later than the start time, please do so in a way that is not disruptive to those who have already begun their own practice. The price of these sessions is a donation for the Local Food Bank.
As well as the Karma Yoga Open Self Practice held on the last Saturday of every month, there will also be a 45 minute Pranayama & Meditation Class straight after at 11am for £5 per person.
This class will teach you various Breathing & Meditation Techniques, followed by a Guided Relaxation. This class can be a nice addition for those attending the Open Self Practice, or as a stand alone class if you just want to focus on Breathwork & Relaxation. This class can also be done in a chair, for those who attend Seated Yoga Classes.
