Michelle goes by the principle of moving with love and kindness in everything you do. She teaches a diverse range of yoga classes for all levels of ability from gentle stretching and relaxation to dynamic flows and power yoga. Michelle believes you should seek to challenge your body and your mind through yoga, whether that is coming to a more gentle class to slow down the mind, or a more dynamic class to challenge the body. Whatever your goal is through Yoga, Michelle seeks to leave you feeling completely relaxed and calm at the end of every class.
“I have always enjoyed practising yoga on a weekly basis and I love the way yoga challenges me in all aspects of life, on and off the mat. I personally like to bring myself to the mat to practise challenging dynamic flows and really feel what my body is capable of, but I will always seek to move with love and respect for how my body feels. Yoga is not just an exercise for me, it is a way of life and has taught me so much about myself.”
